Villamartin Gardens is a fenced community with 3 pools and one is heated all year round. community is close to many fine restaurants and bars as well as a giant big department store La Zenia boulevard. The apartment has its own parking space in the garage under the house with lift up to the apartment and a 25 sqm balcony and a 101 sqft roof terrace
